Most primary schools in rural areas of Hunan province use the general teaching of small classes or double-entry and several subjects of co-teaching, so it is necessary to develop a number of high-quality teachers. According to the situation, Hunan Provincial Office of Education not only decide to recruit the teacher who graduated from the junior middle school but will get post-secondary after five-year special training but also advocate training the teachers fit to the primary school in the rural countryside. According to the goal, Teachers College is reforming the curriculum, it is crucial to focus on the advance educational skills of primary teaching.The micro standard teaching had been ten years in Teaching Normal University of Jishou. Several years ago we just adpoted single item to train the teacher who would teach in junior school. Fortunately, since The Teaching Normal University of Jishou which was made up by Teaching College and Elementary Teaching school of Jishou set up in 2001, we have reorganized the education resources and focused on the study to improve the micro standard teaching. Over the 7 years, we have increased multi-media equipment and tried to reform the single subject or single item teaching skills training become integrated of multi-subjects teaching skills training. The new Micro-teaching has shown a unique effect in training comprehensive teaching skills, it has searched out an effective way of training new type primary school teachers, and has formed a new model of teaching.The new Micro-teaching has shown a unique effect in training comprehensive teaching skills, it has searched out an effective way of training new type primary school teachers, and has formed a new model of teaching. The new Micro-teaching model can give full of advantages about multi-media and provide same chances to "All-subjects" teaching practice in primary schools for the five-year junior college recruit to the level of normal students. This essay summarizes my seven-year experience of micro-teaching reform, with the help of theory of "basic education curriculum reform and development" and some reference documents. I try to demonstrate and recommend a new model of "primary school 'All-subjects' multimedia micro-teaching".
