With the rapid development of education informationization,information technology has gradually integrated into traditional education,bringing new vitality to the reform of education.How to adapt to the development of educational informationization and improve teachers' information literacy quickly has become one of the issues that all teachers must consider today.With the rapid development of micro-lesson,the majority of teachers realize that micro-lesson is one of the opportunities for them to adapt to the informationization of education quickly.More and more primary school teachers begin to devote themselves to the teaching practice of micro-lesson.However,most primary school teachers have some problems in the production and teaching practice of micro-lessons.And the research on micro-course in our country mainly focuses on the theoretical basis of micro-course and the application of micro-course in teaching and training,and lacks the research on the training of teachers' micro-course skills.Therefore,it is necessary to study how to train teachers' micro-course skills.Based on the above theoretical analysis,this study takes the improvement of primary school teachers' micro-course skills as a starting point,designs training strategies to improve primary school teachers' micro-course skills under the guidance of ARCS model theory,and puts training strategies into action to verify the effectiveness of training strategies.The details are as follows:Firstly,this paper elaborates the background of the topic selection and the theoretical and practical significance of the research,and combs the relevant literature at home and abroad.On this basis,it clarifies the core concepts and theoretical basis of the study.Secondly,it designs questionnaires and interviews,and distributes questionnaires to all primary school teachers who will participate in the training.It can help understand the status of primary school teachers' micro-course skills and their needs for learning micro-course skills and the level of motivation to participate in training,which can lay the foundation for the design of training strategies;Thirdly,according to the results of the survey we put the training strategies into practice,which are based on ARCS model and designed for the improving of primary school teachers' micro-course skills.What's more,we verify the training strategies are effective or not by using questionnaires and interviews,the research results show that the micro-class skills training strategy of primary school teachers based on ARCS model can better improve the micro-class skills of primary school teachers.;Finally,the innovation and shortcomings of analytical research and the prospect of future research.
