Modern Educational Technology (abbreviated as MET on the following) is the breakthrough of education facing to the modernization, to the world and to the future. Along with the using of IT in education and the development of educational reforming, MET plays a more and more important role in pushing the Quality Education,training information accomplishment.The study on education showed that one of the pivotal factors which influence students to develop their competences is the competences of their teachers. The competence of using MET has become an important part of the teacher's competences. As a direct actualize person, It's MET competence will restrict directly the development of educational informatization and training of student's information accomplishment.The Chinese Educational Technology Association promulgated《Standards of Educational Technology of China》(abbreviated as SETC on the following) in 2004. It has regulated standards of MET to the differ personel from basic requires and performance targets. Bring up the specific demand.It will make far-reaching influence on our country's educational informatization.In order to improve MET competences and MET level of primary school and junior school teachers,promoting teacher's specialization developing, the ministry of education promulgated the《Standards of The Primary School and The Junior School Educational Technological Ability (testing)》(abbreviated as《standards》on the following) on December 25th,2004.Our country will establish primary school and junior school teachers' training of MET,examination,and authentication system according to the《Standards》. It will promote primary school and junior school teachers' MET training and merit system developing healthly.It is the first professional technology competence standard for the primary school and the junior school teachers in our country.The promulgation and execution of the《Standards》will be a landmark in our country's education,which will make further influence on the educational reforming and development in our country.The school-based research and traning is an effective approach to improve the teacher's speciality competence,which roots in the need of the curriculum and the entire programming.It is campus training activities, which are initiated by schools and based on the practice of teaching,and aim at catering for the need of the teacher's work.The school-based training has many characters such as pertinence, agility, diversity, effectiveness of time, regularity, and efficiency. So It becomes a importantce form of whole teachers MET training.The teachers of information technology in primary schools and junior schools are the main force of information technology education in schools.Comparing with the teachers of other subjects, they have plenty of knowledge of their subjects and skills,In the《standard》and SETC, the teachers of information technology are regulatedIt for MET professional person.Our reseaching aime is exert plenitude the advantage and action of teachers of information technology,Improveing it's MET,exerting It's advantage and action,probing them as implement person,Aim at fall on training of MET for the whole teachers.It's significance of my reseaching.Our reseaching according to《standard》and SETC , by investigating into the information technology teachers' MET,analyzing the information technology teachers' MET competence of status quo level, bring forward the countermeasures.
