In the pace with the development of society,the cooperation of people is more and more important,and cooperation with others is becoming to the essential factor for personal's success.Studies show that childhood is the important stage of one's sense and capacity of cooperation.So it's important to carry out cooperative learning activity in kindergarten.Teachers are significant person for children's learning and developing,they are supporters,collaborators and guide in children's learning activity.Teacher make an important role in children's cooperative learning activity.However,for the history of applying cooperative learning in children is shorter,it's in the stage of drawing on primary and secondary school and foreign's experience.The writer studies guidance strategies of preparating and implementing stage in cooperative learning activities,in order to offer valuable reference for carrying out cooperative learning in kindergarten.Observation is the main method of the study,and supplement with literature method.In the basic of studying previous relevant information,the writer observes many formal cooperative learning activities in the kindergarten thoroughly.The study is includes five parts:1.Introductions.Introduce background of research questions;studies about guidance strategies of children cooperative learning at home and abroad;the value and methods of study.2.The basic theories and principles of children cooperative learning advising.The basic theories of children's cooperative learning are made of the theories of cognitive development,society cohesion,group power,constructivism and refined cognitive;the basic principles of children cooperative learning advising are made of development principle,comprehensiveness principle,subjectivity principle and the principle of the process;arranging children's seats and place of activities reasonably.3.Guidance strategies in the stage of preparation in children cooperative learning. Including:establishing target of cooperative learning:designing questions and course of cooperative learning.4.Guiding strategies of the implementing stage in children cooperative learning.Including:grasping the opportunity in cooperative learning;constructing groups of cooperative learning;cultivating children's cooperative skills;dealing with conflictions of team members properly:displaying children's gain in cooperating learning fully and evaluates reasonability.
