Physics is a subject which is mainly based on experiments. Experiment-teaching is an essential link to education for all round development. The traditional way of teaching pays more attention to results than process, more mechanically operated and lacking in training students to design by themselves. And we used to show more concern about individual success, neglecting the cooperation among students and what is worse, we also use a very simple way to estimate their work. The general practice restricted their activities and even went against developing their ability to explore, the ability to carry on experiments on their own. During the experiment, dynamically manage them with rational combination, on the principle of different students in the same group and different groups with similar students. In order to improve the experiment teaching quality, the research is on the basis of education theory. It is also under the guide of "New Physical Curriculum Standard" that students working and looking for the causes together will be adopted in the research.The research is an ounce of experiment being worth a pound of investigation, with a pre-test and post-test experimental mode. Select a group of students in grade2NO.1middle school in LuTai. Divide the group into2parts equally with method of stratified sampling used. Each part30students. Name which part is matched group on the counter part of trial group at random. The matched group will be taught in a traditional way. On the contrary, the new way of teaching will be used for trail group. The research will be running in the form of monographic study. The detailed steps as follows:1. the teacher puts forward some questions, and the students think them carefully in mind.2. different groups can discuss with others and give the final results.3. the students explore all these by themselves and conclude the data on their own.4. the students analyse the data and think it over again.5. discuss with others. Then inputting the data into a computer, the operator carry on statistical analysis. so Z inspection can be adopted in Physics experiments. It can check their ability and the interest in learning Physics.The result shows:this new teaching style has a profound effect on students by the contrast to the traditional one. It can motivate them to develop the interests in this subject. It is equal to what we expected. It can improve their scores, be favorable for increasing their ability to do experiments, and what is more, develop the interest in this subject. And also this kind of learning mode is practical and effective, and provide successful evidence for education reform.
