| Nowadays, relationship between teachers and students become a focus in the area of education theory and practice. It is also an important aspect in the worldwide educational reform. Education reform is promoted by social transition. And the core of education reform is reform of curriculum. To achieve the goal of curriculum reform, it is finally through the relationship between teachers and students. One of the goals of new curriculum reform is that construct humanitarian, harmonious, democratic, equal relationship between teachers and students through their interaction. Relationship between teachers and students is the most basic and important relationship of human beings in school education practical activities. And it is also the perpetual topic in education theory discussion. Communication of teachers and students is the formal style and method to construct and represent the relationship of teachers and students. How the teachers and students communicate with each other and how they interact will directly affect educational teaching effective and school cultivate aim achievement. Moreover, it also affects physical and psychology health and comprehensive development.To review all the research, most of them base on sociology, psychology, histology, praxiology, culture to do the research and explanation. Most conflict style behaves as observational and confrontational, meanwhile it also exhibits as language conflict, class management conflict. On contrast, the researches which through inside and hidden angle to study the conflict between teachers and students are less. In a nutshell, study the conflict between teachers and students within teaching will bring us a new viewpoint.This research bases on the quality research. Interview and observation are used to collect data in order to study the items on conflict between teachers and students within classroom teaching. This thesis is divided into six parts. First, I introduce the reason of how the question was listed, the meaning of this research and the specific method. Second, illustrate the background of research which contains the conflict in teaching between teachers and students. Third, through the interview and observation, describe the performance of the conflict which happens within the teaching. Forth, analyze the reason and affect of the conflict. Fifth, expound the strategy of how to solve the conflict problem. Finally, make the conclusion. |
