With the improvement of higher education system and the reform of teaching model,the cultivation of creative talents has become the focus of the teaching reform in universities.This thesis employs the method of data processing,visiting, questionnaire investigation statistics and data analysis,It began with the investigation of the current situation of the teaching of aerobics dancing in some typical universities in Guizhou Province and explores the exiting problems and put forward some research on the sustainable development of aerobics dancing in universities in Guizhou Province.The research result is as follows:1.The content design of aerobics dancing in universities in Guizhou Province is comparatively simple both in theory and in practice,it cannot satisfy the contemporary students' need for personality and for promoting their creative ability.2.In Guizhou Universities,each university compiles its own textbook of aerobics dancing,which results in the lack of unitary,scientific textbook and multimedia software that can meet different students' need.3.At present,most universities in Guizhou province mainly use traditional methods and approaches and seldom employ modern teaching method which is based on multimedia and internet platform and this leads to the lack of a perfect teaching system which combines traditional method and modern teaching method.4.The evaluation of aerobics dancing in the relative universities in Guizhou Province mainly adapts one standard which usually puts attention only to the movements but ignores students' other performance,improvement and creation and this sort of standard lacks relative evaluation.5.The equipment and playground for aerobics dancing is not perfect.The indoor place is not enough and the pole,the mirror and the mat is also in short,which absolutely cannot meet students' need for learning in classes or for extra curriculum.6.Teachers of aerobics dancing in relative universities of Guizhou province are comparatively young and the proportion of male to female teachers are not in balance.Numbers of teachers' degree is not high enough and they haven't received systematic training about professional aerobics dancing.Teachers seldom have opportunities to studies in other universities and thus lack experience in aerobics dancing teaching and their research ability is poor.7.The questionnaires among teachers and students show that the main factors which influence the development of aerobics dancing in universities of Guizhou universities are equipment,to how much degree leaders pay attention,teaching method,to how much degree students acknowledge, teaching content.8.The reform measures of endurable development of aerobics dancing in the universities in Guizhou Province should aim to enrich teaching content, change teaching notion and teaching model,reform evaluation method, enforce teaching equipment construction,improve teachers' own ability.
