With the important discussion of General Secretary Xi’s ideological and political work conference in Colleges and universities,as well as a series of policy documents issued by the party and the state,all major universities across the country are actively promoting the exploration and practice of Ideological and political education,forming a pattern of educating people with great thinking and politics.As one of the important courses for students in physical education colleges and universities,the integrated development of aerobics and ideological and political education is still in its infancy,and there are still some problems to be solved.Therefore,it is of great significance to actively promote the integration of curriculum ideological and political education and aerobics teaching,fully tap the ideological and political elements in aerobics curriculum,use the role of implicit education to "moisten things and make people silent",realize the fundamental goal and task of "Building Morality and cultivating people",and promote the all-round and healthy development of students.Using the methods of literature,questionnaire survey,expert interview,logical analysis and mathematical statistics,this paper analyzes the situation,existing problems and reasons of integrating curriculum ideological and political ideas into Aerobics Teaching in Colleges and universities in Beijing,and puts forward the Countermeasures of integrating curriculum ideological and political ideas into Aerobics Teaching in Colleges and Universities in Beijing,It also makes teaching design and Analysis on the integration of curriculum ideological and political ideas into aerobics teaching.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)The feasibility of implementing the concept of "curriculum thinking and politics" in aerobics teaching is mainly reflected in: the main body of Aerobics Teaching conforms to the direction of the main body of "curriculum thinking and politics";The teaching idea of Aerobics embodies the essence of the educational idea of "curriculum thinking and politics";The teaching function of Aerobics meets the requirements of the educational function of "curriculum thinking and politics";The teaching content of Aerobics contains the connotation of "curriculum ideological and political education".(2)In the teaching documents of Aerobics in Colleges and universities in Beijing,the ideological and political orientation of Aerobics syllabus course is not clear,and there is a lack of Ideological and political integration in aerobics teaching plan;In the learning situation of teaching materials,the updating of teaching materials is backward,which does not reflect the integration of ideology and politics;Students have low interest in current politics,pay more attention to popular culture,and their classroom performance and learning participation are generally good,but they can still be improved.(3)In the teaching objectives of Aerobics in Colleges and universities in Beijing,teachers believe that the emotional attitude and values objectives in the teaching objectives can reflect the concept of curriculum thought and politics,and teachers have high demand and recognition for integrating curriculum thought and politics into the teaching objectives of aerobics;In the teaching process,the integration of ideology and politics pays attention to the preparation part and ignores the end part.The integration of ideology and politics is not complete and comprehensive.(4)In the teaching content of Aerobics in Colleges and universities in Beijing,teachers have a high degree of recognition for the integration and mining of Ideological and political elements in the teaching content,the mining and development of Ideological and political elements in the teaching content is not comprehensive,and they pay more attention to ideological and political elements in the practical course of Aerobics than in the theoretical course;In the teaching methods,there is a lack of suitable ideological and political teaching methods,and the teaching methods lack novelty.The traditional teaching methods are still the mainstream.(5)In the aerobics teaching environment of Beijing’s colleges and universities,teachers do not pay attention to the construction of Aerobics ideological and political teaching environment,and the school lacks the normalization and long-term mechanism of Ideological and political construction;In teaching evaluation,teachers have high demand and recognition for integrating into the curriculum,but there are deficiencies in the evaluation of students’ morality and ideological and political literacy.The way of teaching evaluation is single,students’ mutual evaluation and students’ self-evaluation are lack,and the proportion of assessment results is uneven.(6)The countermeasures to implement the concept of "Curriculum Ideology and politics" in Aerobics Teaching in Colleges and universities in Beijing are to reasonably plan and design aerobics teaching documents,integrate the concept of curriculum ideology and politics into teaching materials,teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching process and teaching evaluation,improve students’ interest in ideology and Politics and current politics,and innovate aerobics ideology and politics teaching methods,Create a good ideological and political teaching environment for aerobics,and make the ideological and political elements of the course penetrate into all aspects of aerobics teaching.(7)The teaching design of implementing the concept of "curriculum ideological and political" in Aerobics Teaching in Beijing colleges and universities is to carry out aerobics ideological and political teaching design from the aspects of teaching plan,curriculum teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods,teaching process,teaching environment and teaching evaluation,so as to promote the improvement and formation of Aerobics ideological and political teaching system and teaching mode.
