Aerobics is a burgeoning sports event. There are some differences existing in aerobics major of physical education in colleges because Yunnan province is located in the jumping-off of Southwest, and relatively less research on adaptation of professional physical education in current period of aerobics curriculum. There for, this article uses the literature material strategy, questionnaire survey, expert interview, comparative analysis, mathematical statistics and logical analysis and other research methods, on c urriculum teaching theory as the theoretical basis, combined with the feature of physical education curriculum, to make the special aerobics of physical education of college in Yunnan province as the object of the study, the investigation is on the training aim of aerobic curriculum, educational system and curriculum, semester period, the curriculum content, examination and assessment, and got the following results:1) The teaching of aerobic special course in Yunnan Colleges physical education still takes the “three basis” as the principal line. The basic position of the curriculum goal in the ability of school physical, which is consistent with the training aim of the new curriculum project. But, there are over 50 percent colleges with the problem that their instructional objectives are not comprehensive and concrete enough. In the length of schooling and the period among the universities have differences. There are eight universities start the aerobics special curriculum on the fifth term, but the pragmatic periods are insufficient. The majority of universities total teaching period setting between 144 hours and 288 hours, accounting for 78.6 percent of the all, the proportion of the total periods either large or small. On the other hand, no matter the teaching periods is one or two years, the selection of the curriculum content is generally the same, and the theoretical curriculum periods are less than others, only 8.4percent on the average.2) There is a certain arbitrariness in the selection of aerobics curriculum textbooks. The schools which does not have fixed books and the self complied teaching materials accounted for 21.4%. And there is a portion of the school, using a variety of textbooks combined with the complementary use. The teaching content has a large degree of freedom. The content is more simplify, competitive and more technicalization and should attach importance to the theory, and there are less content for expanding the comprehensive abilities of students. O n the appraisal and evaluation of the curriculum, the theoretical knowledge is over 20%, and the performances grade is in a growing number too, 50% universities over 20%. Examination pay attention to the technique and skills, ignored the comprehensive ability and study attitude. It is not able to blend in more subject of evaluation on the examination and it expected to enhance the objectivity and scientificty.3) Base on the understanding of the curriculum provision of Yunnan universities physical education aerobic special curriculum, combine the demanding of the people with aerobic abilities and student’s self-development requirement. Taking the marketing demanding as the guide, considering the disciplinary development and the need of students, is should refining about theory, technique, ability and emotion and cultivate the people with professional and comprehensive aerobic ability.4) According to the <C urriculum Scheme> requirement about the aerobic special curriculum periods of physical education, consider of aerobic teachers and students, suggested that colleges in Yunnan province to adjust the period between 270+(-)27 hours and based on the actual condition than adjust the teaching. The curriculum ahead to the third term would be better.5) By optimizing the selection of specific content, in theory, selected out of aerobics teaching content, ways and means to compose, organize competitions and referee method, music editing and production, training methods, research and knowledge of the contents of the gym; technically Featured out, except for the basic technical movements and style of aerobics, gym trainer teaching skills and practice skills class, students self action and social instructors and some students’ comprehensive ability to expand the knowledge and on this basis will it divided into two aspects of knowledge structure and ability to construct the structure of teaching content framework, will correspond to the theoretical and practical knowledge combine to teach; in addition, it is recommended Gymnastics for organic convergence, it will be as a special General Course foundation courses.6) Considering add the comprehensive ability to the content of examination(20%), special theory(20%), specific technique and skills(40%), usual performance(20%); About the method, not only assess by the technique and theory but also consider the improvement and study attitude, change the single model that teacher give a result to students to combine the self-assessment and teacher. Than, take a new assessment from which is “completion instead of examination”. About the time, break the frame that unified examination after finish all of the course, change the fixed time to self-determination.
