Since twenty eighties the aerobics was introduced into our country, aerobics has being populared by people ,especially among the youngsters ,For its unique charm and value of practice. Nowadays, many higher education institutions have made it as one of PE curriculum and develop education extensively. In aerobics curriculun, how to arrange curriculum is the necessary condition to achieve the training aim of aerobics. And it embody personnel training. Any reform in educationai thought and and educationai model will cause the rerorm of the curriculum ,and through the corresponding changes in the curriculum to achieve. Therefore, it is very important to enhance the study of curriculum for deepening reform of collages and universities and realizing the aim of PE teaching.To investigate and analyse the arrangement of curriculum, this article adopts document literature, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and logicanalysis methos,etc.This article choose from thirty-three regular institution of higher education in HenNan Province and find that there exists deficieny in arragement of curriculum. It also proposes countermeasures on arrangement of curriculum in order to offer valuable reference for improving and perfect the activity of aerobice, carrying out aerobics activity smoothly and achieving the aim of aerobics curriculum.The study shows:1.At present, though the goals of common aerobics courses incollege and university are reflected in five fields in HenNan province. The goals are vague and general and the syllabus are not very clear.2.There is no a complete and scientific set of teaching plan. the content of aerobics is less, and teaching materials are old and backward. The teaching materials and the eaching content are out of syne, which is against the need of students and society.3.The total of aerobics course is less and sometimes it con't be carried out.4.The content of aerobics is simplex;The new projicts are less; Lacking practical unility; The auxiliary teaching is not very good and its content are few. 5.The equipment and stadium of aerobics can't agree with the request of aerobics teaching. And most of the teachers and the students are unsatified with college and university in HenNan province. 6.Theachers are youngersand they lack professinoal theoretical knowledge, teaching experience and research qality in college and university in HenNan province.7.It is not very perfect for students to participate in extra aerobics activity. The bacial countermeasures about above problems:1.It is responsible for the relevant authority to make the goal clear and clear the syllabus out.2.To from a teaching system scientifically and perfectionism.3.All the leaders from different colleges and universities should pay attention to the development and construction of aerobics, and spend more to build a better equipment for aerobics.4.The relevant authority had better hold train teaching for teachers regulary, one or tow times at least peryear. It is also nessary for them to organise some acticties such as academic communication, academic colloquium and so on to encourage such kind of teachers can go furthur and do better in research.Besides, it is still need to reform the teacher evaluation system and estiblsh a scientificsy stemic, all-round teacher evaluation system.5.Adding more classes for aerobics and make the proportion between teachnique and theory reasonable.6.Adding more special kinds of classes,such as fitness street dance. Aero latino, Boxing, Yoga, etc, to make aerobics more colorful. In this way, the content of aerobics course become more and it also adds more practial knowledge.7.Opening aerobics and training classes and organiza more mathes in campus to contribute to from a aerobics compus culture.
