Charging policy for the purposes of higher education, breaking the original system by the State be held fully responsible for the mode of tuition fees of university students.However,with the increasing cost of higher education,some low-income families can not afford to bear the high level of university tuition fees,the resulting poverty of the by-product of the student population.Poor students in the economic,learning,employment,interpersonal, psychological and there exist many problems,a serious obstacle to the poor students become adults,has caused great concern in the community.State,society and schools for a fundamental solution to the issue of poverty-stricken college students,active exploration,the initial establishment of a funding system for poor students.However,with the expansion of college enrollment and increasing university tuition fees,the size of the poor college students increasingly to the subsidized system have a greater impact on the urgent need to improve continuously.Through field surveys and in-depth interviews found that there are currently faced by the poor plight of university students not only failed to be properly resolved, and the trend of a gradual deterioration.In response to these circumstances,the paper based on the analysis of social stratification and institutional theory perspective,in the use of X Hunan University Student Financial Management Center of the poor college students on the basis of statistical data,the use of a questionnaire survey and field interviews with a combination of methods, groups of poor students and non-poor students the reality of the living conditions of groups to conduct in-depth comparative analysis.â… found that:the poor student population with a certain degree of"vulnerable groups"of features,but with a temporary,can change the sexual characteristics,not exactly the same as"vulnerable groups"can be described as"relatively weak",the main performance in the economic,academic,employment,interpersonal relationships and psychological and so on.Caused by the relatively disadvantaged situation of poor students is the main reason for poor students of our current funding system can not effectively alleviate the situation of its relatively weak.In this paper,the professional perspective of sociology, in science the basis of statistical data,analysis of groups of poor students at a relatively weak position of specific performance,to explore its in a"relatively weak position,"the main reason for the government,society and schools to effectively address the problem of poor students to provide a reference.
