On The Problem Of Chinese Vulnerable Groups From Social Justice Perspective

The problems of vulnerable groups and social justice have caused extensive concern by our government and society with the reforms and transformation of Chinese economic and social in the last 20 years. In nowadays, the sociology has made a series study about Chinese vulnerable groups from the different aspects, as social structure, social differentiation, the social security. This paper mainly to study same related problems of the Chinese vulnerable groups from the social justice perspective.In the general, vulnerable groups is a comparatively concept, based on the social justice and the social equality. They are the mans who need government and society give them helps and supports to change their situation, because they can't attain the social living standard in economy by themselves.The social justice is a basic concept or principle which accord with human's natural character and basic aim of the social development, provides social members the basic right and duty, make reasonable allotment of the resources and benefits among the social community, social members .The justice has the different contents in the different social period. The contents and rules of modern social justice are based on the concept of the equality, freedom and cooperation.The status quo of the vulnerable groups in our country are that vulnerable groups are quite big, they include the poor unemployed workers, poor farmers, rural workers, disabled, aged, etc. Majority of social vulnerable groups are the outcome of society transformation of our country. Poverty is widespread character of them. They have very similar characters, have strong feeling of community, have the strong deprival feel, are the outcome of our social injustice. They are widespread lack the good care of the society security and have an injustice treatment.To relieve the problems of Chinese vulnerable groups must proceed from actual conditions of China to establish the Chinese social justice, to perfect justice the socialsystem, not only to notice the regulation principle, but also to prevent the thought of the equalitarianism. we need to right comprehend" efficiency first with fairness considered ". According to social justice and actual conditions of china, We can't target negative repair and help only, but to dissolve the society reject, to realize society integration while establishing social public policy concerning Chinese vulnerable groups in present stage of our country .we want to gradually to perfect social security system of our country gradually, to guarantees vulnerable groups have a basic life, to support the foundation of their basic rights. Furthermore, we want to perfect the positive social support policy system that promote vulnerable groups have more social opportunity to participate social development and the exaltation of their ability. Finally, the problem of the Chinese vulnerable groups should be solved, and the economy and society of our country have been keeping on moderating development.
