One significant aspect of constructing an education of high quality is to duly transform the students with difficulty in study appearing in the course of education and therefore improve the qualities of the whole nation. Students with difficulty in study take up a large percentage in every area. To strengthen the attention and education to the students with difficulty in study is beneficial to their healthy growing as well as the harmonious development of schools, families and society. Classes are the chief places where students take education. Therefore, to study the causes of the students' difficulty in study and try to transform those students from the angle of class management is an important item that school education and management should solve immediately.By combining case research and general research, this essay surveys the current situation of the students' study difficulty in Zhengjiang Jinyun Middle School, the case school in this research. It gets the necessary information and analyzes the current situation and the causes of the students' study difficulty, on the basis of which the management strategies for the transformation of the students with difficulty in study from the angle of class management are put forward. This research consists of five parts.The first part gives an introduction, which expounds the background of choosing the topic, the meaning of doing the research, the design of the research and related literature summary.The second part discloses the current situation and the causes of the study difficulty. By surveying the current situation of students' study difficulty with the methods of questionnaire and interview, this research collects a lot of proof datum about the involved people's attitudes towards the students with difficulty in study, the students' general features and the features of the study in their specific subjects and also the related students evaluation on their own study. Based on the datum, the research concludes that the students' study difficulty is the result of the interaction of many causes from the students themselves, the teaching staff, grades, teaching and research groups, families and social environment.The third part is about the class management strategies for the transformation of the students with difficulty in study. The main content is to strengthen the guide to the students' self management, to improve the class management, to strengthen the teaching management of the teaching staff and to strengthen the guide to the family education of the parents. The fourth part analyzes the related guarantees to promote the efficiency of the class management. In order to transform the students with difficulty in study, all sorts of education powers should work together. During the class management performed by all the related education powers, the school's administrative departments, grades, teaching and research groups, families and society should provide as many guarantees as possible for the class management.The research on the class management strategies for the transformation of the students with difficulty in study is the demand of society's need for people with high qualities, the demand of the students' development and an important research of the school and class management.
