The Research About Effectiveness Of Political And Ideological Work Of College Students' Counsellor

The 17^th National Congress of CPC clearly proposed that priority should be given to the development of education and strategies should be implemented to build power nation with talent strategy. The task of higher education is to cultivate a large number of innovation-oriented talents to make some contribution to the talents strategy for power nation. College students' counselors are playing an important role in higher education. They help ensure the healthy development of those students. They ought to know clearly their responsibilities and take them with dedication to do a better job in education, management and service.Bases on the prior study and research achievements, the thesis analyses the issue of the effectiveness of college students' counselors' ideological and political education. The background of the thesis is profoundly discussed and the purposes and significance of students' counselors' job are pointed out; In order to provide the theatrical basics for bettering the effectiveness of their education work, we elaborates on the historical development of their role in ideological and political education, thus to further make clear the guiding thoughts, basic principles and their main task; The situations of the ideological and political education done by college students' counselors are presented in detail. The reasons for the existing problems that induced in the work of college students' counselors are pointed out in order to offer some solutions; The key part of the thesis, which proposes some innovative thoughts and views, with the qualities of being theological, foretelling, scientific and feasible, on how to improve the effectiveness of their work. The analyses were done from four aspects: the ideological and political education thoughts of "imperceptibly influence"; the three-dimensional educational environment of the joint efforts of family, society and universities; the long-term mechanism of building the college students' counselors force and the improvement and innovation of the working methods of students' counselors.
