The young-aged teachers are expected to take on the mission to hold dear heart for our country and mold the spirit for our nation.Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the party’s political policy has been implemented in all colleges and universities throughout the country,and it is also constantly promoting the innovation of the ideological and political work of young teachers in Colleges and universities.Although the ideological and political work of young teachers is flourishing,it cannot be denied that,all along,due to the influence of life,work and other factors,young teachers in colleges and universities are in a relatively passive position in the ideological and political work.With the active ideological trends at home and abroad in the new era,the party and the government pay more attention to strengthen the ideological and political work of young teachers.This paper adopts the method of combining theoretical research and empirical research to enhance the effectiveness of the ideological and political work of young teachers in Colleges and universities as the core,aiming to explore the suggestions and countermeasures to effectively promote the ideological and political work of young teachers in colleges and universities in China.By combing the basic theories,scientific judgments and viewpoints of the classic Marxist writers and Marxism in China on youth,this paper provides the basic theoretical basis for the scientization and standardization of ideological and political work of young teachers in Colleges and universities.Through the empirical analysis of individual colleges and universities in the form of questionnaire survey,we can understand the current situation of colleges and universities part of the reality of young teachers’ ideological and political work.It provides empirical basis for exploring problems and solutions.This paper has seven chapters(including the introduction),which can be divided into three levels.The first level: theoretical basis.This paper defines the theoretical boundary and connotation of the research and analysis,mainly including three chapters.The first chapter firstly defines the basic concept of “youth” and “ideological and political work” from the historical and normative categories.On this basis,the author sorts out and extracts the function and training mode of Marxist youth,as well as Lenin’s basic theory on youth ideological and political work,and constructs the rudimentary form to carry out youth ideological and political work in Marxist political party.Finally,the important exposition on the ideological and political work of young people by the leaders of successive generations of New China is summarized comprehensively.In the different historical periods of revolution,construction and reform,our party leaders attach great importance to the youth ideological and political work,and they have formed a relatively rigid thought system and the effective ideological and political work and valuable experience,which provide scientific theoretical guidance and practical experience for the young teachers of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.The second chapter discusses the ideological and political theory of young teachers in colleges and universities.First of all,according to the reality of the ideological and political work of young university teachers in China,this paper defines the basic concept of the ideological and political work of young college teachers,and analyzes the basic evaluation and judgment of the effectiveness of the ideological and political work of young university teachers from three aspects,and also advances the internal characteristics of the effectiveness of the ideological and political work of young university teachers.Secondly,analyzes the main factors that affect the effectiveness of ideological and political work of young teachers in colleges and universities from the four dimensions of subject,object,mediator and ring body,which provides the basis for the following empirical analysis and countermeasures.The third part defines the basic requirements of the effectiveness of the ideological and political work of young teachers in colleges and universities in terms of educational content and concrete practice.At last,the author analyzes the significance of strengthening the ideological and political work of young college teachers in the new era.The third chapter sorts out the development course of the ideological and political work of young teachers in colleges and universities in the exploration stage,destruction trough stage,and reconstruction development stage since the founding of the People’s Republic of China.Important experience in ideological and political work is summarized from the following aspects in the chapter: high attention should be paid to the important role of ideological and political work of young teachers in colleges and universities;the pertinence of ideological and political work of young college teachers should be improved;the ideological and political work should be carried out in view of the central task of the Party;young teachers’ enthusiasm should be motivated in the ideological and political work in colleges and universities;Particular emphasis should be placed on the diverse spiritual and cultural needs of young teachers;The solution of ideological problems can be combined with the solution of practical problems.The second layer is about empirical research.It mainly contains chapter four and chapter five.Through the combination of questionnaire survey and interview,the paper analyzes and investigates the current practical situation of ideological and political work of young teachers in universities and colleges,and draws on the empirical analysis and research of the academic world to explore the existing problems.Specifically,the problem is mainly reflected in seven aspects.First,some education authorities and university party committees still have some problems on how to effectively strengthen the ideological and political work of young teachers.Secondly,the efficiency of ideological and political work system is low in universities.Thirdly,the way to carry out the ideological and political work of young teachers is not effective in some universities.Fourthly,the ideological and Political Work of young teachers in colleges and universities is deficient.Fifthly,colleges and universities have no a full-fledged faculty of the ideological and political work of young teachers.Sixth,some young teachers in colleges and universities are lack of initiative,and affect the effectiveness of ideological and political work.Seventh,the negative social environment can do damage to the impact of the ideological and political work of the young teachers in colleges and universities.The third layer is about system construction,including the sixth chapters,putting forward methods and strategies to enhance the efficiency of ideological and political work.to young-aged teachers,which is reflected in seven aspects: strengthening the chief responsibilities of departments related to enhance the dominance of ideological and political work of the young-aged teachers,integrating the linkage mechanism to boost the coordination of ideological and political work of the young-aged teachers,integrating the motivating mechanism to strengthen the creativity of the work,improving the channels of practice to raise the pertinence of the work,strengthening the self-improvement to boost the imitative of the work,creating excellent cultural environment on campus to enhance the penetrability of the work and making full use of chances offered by micro-times to highlighting the epochal feature of the work. |
