Tendency Of Extreme Egoism Of Contemporary College Students And Innovation Of College Counselors’ Work

The purpose of this article is to prove that there is extreme egoism in the values of a few contemporary college students through the connotation of extreme egoism,combining the results of in-depth interviews with teachers and students and the actual cases accumulated and collected in daily life to grasp the typical manifestations and incentives of extreme egoism of different stages of college students,thus,according to the spirit of the relevant documents issued by the country for the ideological and political education and the construction of counselors in colleges and universities,to explore the innovative work ideas and methods of counselors in the face of students’ extreme egoism.This paper takes the in-depth interview method as the main method,and uses the knowledge and skills of relevant literature and related disciplines to analyze and outline the extreme egoistic performance of college students,which concludes that contemporary college students generally experience “adaptation period,selection period,farewell period " three periods,the main task of different periods will affect the expression of extreme egoism,and it will cause great harm to the cultivation of the values of college students,the egoism face of the feudal ideology,the western egoism,the network media,the campus cultural environment and the philosophy of several parents has become an incentive.Finally,the article proposed that the counselor face the individual student’s extreme egoism tendency should take the ideological and political education runs through the whole process of the work,innovates the active role of the caucus organizations and the class,takes the school work and employment as the key points of value-oriented work,carefully controls the daily affairs of students,guides students to improve their online media literacy,and focuses on the psychological trends of “problems students”.
