In the face of teachers are students, Teacher's quality directly effects the situation of education in schools and the quality of students. Adhering to the construction and management of the teachers' corps firmly is the fundamental guarantee for the school governance and development. Due to various factors, in the actual teacher's management of No. 2 School of Hefeng, teachers are normally only required to fully implement the leaders' will of the school. Under the influence of such teacher's management, the education and teaching quality and the school's level have not been effectively improved in the No. 2 School of Hefeng.In such cases, it needs to establish such a concept: Teacher's management is servicing for teacher. It should establish a model of teacher's management whose basic concept is that Teacher's management is servicing for teacher and whose objective is pursuing the outcome that is in line with the expectations of society and the expectations of individual development and which relies on the growth and development of teacher's abilities. Based on the analysis of problems and their causes in No. 2 School of Hefeng, this text puts forward the above-mentioned teacher management model and has carried out a demonstration and an analysis. By way of introspecting shortcoming in teacher's management of school, the author is trying to design a series of new mechanisms.
