"Learning to live--to educate the world today and tomorrow", the book says:"education is not only the power to create the spirit, but also the power to suppress the spirit of creation." It can be seen that only teachers who have a higher ability to work and innovation can guide students to explore innovation in the specific teaching. As the realization of educational goals and training of people’s specific units, schools have the need for advanced management concepts and scientific management methods to build high-quality teaching staff. "Humanistic management" is a people-oriented management. In the implementation, this management can fully mobilize the staffs enthusiasm for work, create the conditions to further promote the new curriculum reform and promote the quality education, which is the basis for the realization of the sustainable development of school.Beijing L secondary school is located in the suburb of Beijing. In the past few years, L school has made great achievements in teaching, which became the education vane in the region. This paper selects L school as a case study, according to the connotation of humanistic management, from the three aspects of emotional management, administration organizational management and campus culture management designed the interview outline, selecting the different backgrounds of the administrators and teachers as interviewees to investigate the management status of the of L school. According to the problems found in the interview, specific measures are put forward to provide reference for the reform. This paper is divided into three parts:The first part is the introduction.
