The Problems And Countermeasures Of Teachers' Humanistic Management In Yuquan Middle School

Middle school education status is increasingly improving because of the policy of invigorating the country through science and education.The old management system cannot adjust to the current times and new challenges are facing us seriously,which results in changing of middle school teachers' management,that is,people oriented management,However,teacher management system focuses on capacity and quality,but rarely involves the reasonable needs of teachers.Teacher management assessment is too specific,lacks scientific evaluation and ignores the basic requirements of the teaching.Basically,teachers are mentally affected.Therefore,to a certain extent,quality of education and teaching in secondary schools suffers.From people oriented management perspective,taking teachers of four secondary schools in Yuquan District as an example,this article analyses the status and problems of teachers' management in Yuquan District,aimed at finding reasons and solutions.Furthermore,this article is beneficial to management of teachers in Yuquan Middle School,keeping balance between the needs of education reform and development and teachers' individual needs,stimulating teachers' initiative and improving management level of teachers' in Yuquan Middle School.This paper consists of four parts.The first part is the introduction,including the research background and significance,research content and methods,as well as the status of domestic and international research.The second part is the survey of the current situation of the management of teachers in middle school in Yuquan District,through the issuance of questionnaires and interviews.The third part analyses of the results of the survey.The last part is about the current situation of the management of teachers in Yuquan district and put forward the Countermeasures of strengthening the management of the teachers in order to provide effective reference for the management of teachers in secondary schools.
