In recent years, the problem posing research is a relatively active area of research. As a learning ability, the problem posing is deeply concerned because the issue is not only conductive to cultivate the creativity of students, but also the basis of their life-long learning and development.The research focused on: the relationship between math problem posing and solving, the students' cultivate ability as well as the teachers' mathematics research in the field of teaching. And the research of math problem teaching is the center of this thesis. Previous research of math problems posing on teaching limited to a particular context for training students' math problems posing. On day-to-day math class, the teaching process of conventional mathematical problems of teaching and study were selected for many secondary school teachers and students, while paid lees attention to teachers and pupils of primary schools. This paper studies primary school math teaching issues by using a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods.In order to study "the issue of math problem posing on teaching in primary schools" better, it analyses teachers and students in this paper to reflect the two aspects of the problem. This study was to prepare the " math problems by pupils questionnaire" and "math problems in primary math teaching questionnaire" to reveal the current primary basic math questions, as well as the status quo and existing problems. Through the issuance of the test volume, it proposed the evaluation the current capacity level of development of primary math problem posing .In the formal study, I selected three representative of the fifth grade primary school teachers and students of Heping District, Tianjin and conducted a questionnaire survey to test the students, at the same time take some of the teachers as interviews and for class observation, in order to get a better understanding of their opinions. And in accordance with the conclusions of the study I can cultivate suggestions and countermeasures of the capacity of primary math teaching issues.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:I. The question of primary math results shows that:On the whole, the grade-five students of the three primary school greatly recognized the importance of math problem posing , but the awareness of math problems, interests and wishes is still low, the actual situation of the math problems are in general level. The numbers of students who enjoy math classes almost occupied half the number of people, and vise versa; and have the same attitude on the math teachers in the evaluation. In the will, interest there is no significant difference in primary school boys and girls in grade five on math problems. Qy primary school students are significantly higher than the number of Sy primary school students on the sense of the math questions. The math question capacity of pupils is to the overall low level of development.II. The results of primary school teachers in math teaching issues show that:The math teachers of the three schools can understand the basic issues of math problems posing on teaching, but they did not fully recognize math questions raised by students. Awareness in their teaching is not very clear, but they pay more interested in teaching attitude and clear in teaching. They think that the math problems posing on teaching can put forward the capacity of the students and is expected to reach a certain teaching result.In behavior, there is less teaching practice math questions, and in instructional design, teaching strategies. In the review of import aspect the teacher always be able to guide students to math problems and use different teaching methods at the same time using the teaching methods that is more than the previous two aspects. There are not significant differences between fifth-grade math teachers from Zx Primary School and the Sy Primary School. In addition, the teaching strategies of teachers and students have relevance on math question.According to the results of this study, I would like to study in the future through actual class observation in order to further explore issues of math teaching in primary schools and at the usual teaching to strengthen the primary issues and ability training.
