These years, with the increase of university student enrollment and deeping of higher education reform, the higher education is becoming more and more common and popular. Many education experts pay more attention to the construction of world famous university in our country. And the central government called on "211 Project" and "985 Project" many years ago, which means to build 100 world famous universities in 21th century. As we know, self-contained logistics finance in every university is very important, such as academic achievement, especially in world famous universities. The logistics finance separate from teaching and researching can provide more chance for school development. While in our country, higher school is affected by traditional "plan economy", its logistics is operated as administrative management. This method leads to many disadvantageous effects as following: the superfluous staff, the less effective work, unnecessary expenditure, and so on. The charge reform in higher school makes the ratio of students' fee increas sharply, which also release the unfair phenomena in charge obviously.The traditional logistics system can't meet teachers and students' need in new situation, neither show equalty in economy market. The economic nature of university's logistics grows from pure public produets of planned economy period to the private produets under the market economic system, but it has double nature of educational attribute and industry attribute, so it determines that university's logisties must be a socialization road,and considering special nature, university logistics should find the edueational law, and also study the economic law, stress the social benefit and economic benefits asa goal, reach two goals,unified benefit.There are three stages that university's logistics socialization reforming: eeonomic contracted responsibility system,and simulating enterprise checking and calculating; simulating enterprise's overall contract took mechanism transform as the core; and global design, advancing the reform of university's logistics socialization. The reform has three modes:dual track system mode, enterprise(group)mode and social summing-up mode. And as regards concrete project of the logistics service, because of the difference of its economic nature and omportance, it can flexibly elect the whole socialization, community service and school service inter-dynamic, simunating enterprise, the whole cost management, entrusting social management, amalgamated management, such concrete reform forms asetc, needn't adhere rigidly to the unity of the form and synchronism of time. The next reform of logistics entity and some mistaken idea or thoughts especially, etc, so it could achieve the purpose of building up opened, standardized market system of university logistics service.Around economics analysis of university's logistics socialization, the background and historical evolution of university's logistics socialization, existing reform mode and appraising, reform's obstacle factors and further reform, the realization way of socialization reform meeting market economic development and deman of university such research contents as, etc, the structure of this paper is arranged as following:The introduction mainly introduces research background, logic thinking, basic frame and research approach, possible innovation and weak point of this text, etc. Chapter two analyses international famous universities' logistics finance and introduce the universities' logistic in sevsral countries.Chapter three analyses university's logistics socialization based on economics. First, it defines relevant concepts, explains briefly goods economic theory of Marx, new system economics theory and property right theory, etc; second, it analyses the double attribute of education and industry, enlightenment of the reform of university's logistics socialization and the lever and frame of the reform of university's logistic socialization.Chapter four researched the current situation of the reform of university's logistics socialization. Firstly, it summed up the main mode of present reform, and appraised its pros and cons; It analyzed the obstacle factors of the reform; then, it discussed the further reform aiming for three stages of the reform of university's logistics socialization. Finally, it demostrated route choice of the reform of university's logistics socialization based on the analyses above-mentioned.Chapter five refined the main conclusions of this paper, and put forward relevant policy recommendation.
