Research On Influencing Factors Of Logistics Socialization In Colleges And Universities

The logistics of colleges and universities is the premise and guarantee of the teaching and scientific research in every school.The quality of logistics service is directly related to the teaching quality and scientific research results of the school.Nowadays,the socialization of logistics in Colleges and universities is the goal and direction of logistics development.With the promotion of national and local policies,many colleges and universities have gradually realized the gradual stripping of the logistics department and the administrative department of the University,and set up a service entity of "independent operation and self profit and loss".However,there are differences in the development of logistics socialization among colleges and universities.The development of logistics socialization in some universities is not perfect,but some universities have developed very well.In order to solve these problems,we have studied and analyzed the factors that affect the socialization of logistics,such as the imperfect information,the human resource management system and the economic situation of the agency.However,the above studies do not take into account the heterogeneity of university logistics,and the environment and problems faced by different universities may be different.In view of this,this study first divides the university into three categories according to the degree of socialization of Logistics: lower socialization degree,moderate degree of socialization and higher degree of socialization.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey of 35 colleges and universities,the present situation analysis and the influencing factors are discussed by means of mean test and variance test,and the main factors influencing the socialization of logistics are displayed.The factors are divided into objective factors and pre incident factors based on the theory of principal-generation theory.Adverse selection factors and postmortem moral riskfactors.Finally,it explains whether there are differences in the socialization of logistics modules(apartments,restaurants,property and power maintenance).Research shows:Reverse selection is the main factor affecting the socialization of logistics in Colleges and universities,that is,the position of logistics itself and the support degree of the school to logistics are the main factors affecting the socialization of logistics in Colleges and universities.There are differences in the socialization degree of different modules(apartments,catering,property,power maintenance).The socialization of catering is the highest,the socialization of power maintenance is the lowest,and the socialized degree of the apartment and property is between the two.
