The relationship between head teachers and students is a kind of relationship between teachers and students. It indicates the interrelationship between head teachers and students formed in teaching process and class activities, including roles, effects, knowledge, attitude, etc. That is the most basic relationship among all the relationships in class.The thesis has three main parts. The second part of the thesis is to analyze the main problems and reasons existed in the relationship between the head teacher and students. Main problems: 1.The head teacher treats students in a rude way so that it is difficult to communicate with each other. 2. Students often disobey the head teacher and feel repulsive to their teachers. 3. The head teacher ignores students' thoughts and psychological development. As a result, it is hard for the teacher to be in charge of the class. 4. Families and the society get too much pressure upon the head teacher. The teachers are always stressed out, etc. The main reasons for the above problems: 1.The head teacher lacks the effective communication skills. 2. Students are in the puberty period so that they always disobey others. 3. The head teacher cannot understand students' psychological development in time, which is not good to make both two sides in harmony. 4. Parents and the education system pay more attention to high scores, which also has a bad impact on building such a good relationship.
