A Study On The Relationship Between Constructing Good Teacher - Student Relationship And Students' Academic Achievement

As the education subject and object, namely, the relationship between teachers and students, this is a group of the most common and most important interpersonal relationship in school education, there is what kind of relationship between teachers and students, is beneficial to the students, teachers and even the development of the society? Since ancient times, there are different types of relationship between teachers and students in different periods, and for the present, different researchers have different views.But in this thesis, the author thinks that teachers and students should be in a partnership, in the process of learning, the teacher is the student learning guide and cooperator; but in life, the teacher is the student’s good friend. After the proof of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and Neil Noddings’ s care theory, to develop a good relationship between teachers and students is helpful to students’ academic performance and healthy personality.According to this theory the author during the results in teaching practice, and actively build a good relationship between teachers and students, and based on the method of observation, case study method, tries to justify this conclusion from the practice.Study on the good relationship between teachers and students and student academic achievement correlation significance not only in this, at the same time, we should let the teachers to realize the importance of good relationship between teachers and students, and actively build the relationship in educational practice.The author believes that to carry out to promote the students’ academic performance by building a good relationship between teachers and students in teaching practice, teachers should constantly improve their professional quality, constantly enrich their teaching experience, be able to carry out different types of education according to the different characteristics of students, which teach students in accordance with their aptitude. In order to promote the development of healthy personality of students in improving the quality of education at the same time.
