With the change of modern educational concept,the individualization of students is becoming more and more prominent.Traditional education methods can not meet the needs of modern education,and there are many contradictions with the individualization of students.Among many contradictions,the contradiction of teacher-student relationship has always been a headache for teachers.How to ease the relationship between the underachievers and actively guide the underachievers to study hard has become the focus of research scholars.Constructing a good teacher-student relationship has a great impact on the transformation of backward students,and has a high practical value.This research starts from the good teacher-student relationship.First,it summarizes the research background,significance,research status at home and abroad,methods,technical routes and innovations of the transformation of underachievers under the good teacher-student relationship,and clarifies the main direction and content of this study.Then,it analyzes the development and current situation of the relationship between teachers and students,clarifies the meaning of the relationship between teachers and students,analyzes the status quo of the relationship between teachers and students and the alienation of the relationship between teachers and students,analyzes the causes of the alienation of the relationship between teachers and students and the emergence of backward students from the current situation,clarifies the difficulties faced by establishing a good relationship between teachers and students,and the intention of building a good relationship between teachers and students.The strategy of building a good teacher-student relationship is put forward.Starting from the above research on the good relationship between teachers and students,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the underachievers,clarifies the importance of the transformation of underachievers and the ways of transformation,and puts forward specific educational strategies,and analyzes the problems needing attention in the transformation of Underachievers in modern education.To sum up,the transformation of underachievers is a long-term process.Teachers must make full use of every opportunity in daily teaching,build a good teacher-student relationship with underachievers,reduce their resistance to learning,and actively participate in learning and life. |
