Teachers and students are the most basic and the most important two groups in the university. The relationship between teachers and students restricts all aspects of education, a harmonious relationship between teachers and students not only can make a huge effect on education result, but also can promote physical and mental development of students and to make a harmonious society, which has a direct relationship to whether the goals of education can be implemented. Teacher-student relationship plays a key role in the construction of a harmonious body of students. Now we are living in a multiple times which is a new era of democracy and freedom, peace and development, web popularity, and the value of diverse age. The students have a certain degree of independent thinking and their self awareness, thinking, emotion and the will is relatively mature.
