Such a practice should be the researchers'direct practical experience, or the sum up of others'indirectly practice. On the practice of modern educational technology application in the digital teaching resources of the construction, it has been more broad-based, but many researchers felt difficult in research due to the lack of opportunity to practice the system and to indirectly collect information. Since the author has the opportunity to dominate a certain amount of funds, it is possible for him to use a nationwide human and technical resources on development and promotion the system of digital teaching resources. It gave author the chance to study the digital teaching resources building in secondary vocational schools.This paper takes auto-repairing program as an example, emphasizing on the practice study in digital teaching resources building. The paper discussed the related issues on how to build and promote the application of modern technology in education under the backdrop of digital learning resources building. This paper is divided into four parts. They are the social and educational background on the modern educational technology applications, analysis of secondary vocational education teaching situation, some of the unique role of digital teaching resources in secondary vocational Education, and some of the principles and methods on digital teaching resources construction in secondary vocational education. The paper uses several professional courses of motor vehicles and maintenance as examples, described the concrete implementation on building of the number of teaching resources, with a view of application of modern educational technology in the micro level.The main points of this paper are: the number of teaching resources can play a part of the supporting role in establishing the teaching standards at the practice procedure, more appropriate method in using of secondary vocational educational teaching resources is the presentation of supporting multimedia CD-ROM and Internet courses, in building digital teaching resources, it is necessary to highlight the advantages of information technology, based on the actual situation and do a good job of integrating all kinds of resources, and in vocational education personnel training, construction of digital learning resources provides more help for the realization of "extractive training".
