Abstract/Summary:
With the advent of the digital age,the construction of digital teaching resources has gradually become an important task for the reform and development of vocational education.Secondary vocational education is the foundation of modern vocational education.Strengthening the construction of digital teaching resources plays an important role in promoting the high quality development of secondary vocational education.However,the construction mechanism of digital teaching resources in secondary vocational education is still weak,and the contradiction between supply and demand of digital teaching resources is still prominent.To promote the popularization of digital resource application in secondary vocational schools,it is necessary to drive supply with demand and demand with supply,so as to continuously optimize the supply strategy of digital teaching resources.This study investigated the supply and demand of digital teaching resources of accounting affairs major in secondary vocational schools,and constructed the supply model and practical strategy of digital teaching resources,aiming at promoting the digital development of secondary vocational education.Firstly,this thesis systematically summarizes the development,construction and application of digital teaching resources for vocational education at home and abroad by using literature analysis method.On this basis,the questionnaire survey method is adopted to investigate and analyze the type demand and supply satisfaction of accounting affairs teachers in 5 secondary vocational schools in Hebei Province on digital teaching resources.The survey results showed that teachers with different demographic characteristics have significant differences in the type demand and supply satisfaction of digital teaching resources.In education and teaching work,most accounting professional teachers "very need" digital teaching resources,but the "satisfaction" of the supply of digital teaching resources is only "average".Secondly,using the interview survey method,the accounting affairs professional teachers in 5 secondary vocational schools in Hebei Province were asked about the supply of professional digital teaching resources,and the teachers’ opinions and suggestions on improving and optimizing the construction and supply of digital teaching resources were asked.The survey results show that there are many problems in the supply of digital teaching resources for accounting affairs major in secondary vocational schools,which are mainly manifested in the lack of sharing in the supply way,the lack of docking in the supply content,and the difference in the quality of resources.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the supply of digital teaching resources for accounting affairs major in secondary vocational schools,the supply model and practical strategy of digital teaching resources are constructed.Specifically,the educational administrative departments of the government should carry out overall planning,strengthen system construction,give play to their guiding functions,and carry out regular resource quality assessment;"School,enterprise and industry" joint construction,unified digital teaching resources development,production and supply standards,docking professional teaching,and pay attention to the service after supply;To mobilize secondary vocational teachers to actively participate in the development and construction of digital education resources,organize knowledge and relevant skills training of all kinds of digital teaching resources at all levels.Learn from the advanced experience of developed countries,establish incentive mechanism,perfect legal regulations,and effectively protect the intellectual property rights of digital teaching resources.
