With the rapid development of information technology,the continuous popularization of campus networks,and the advancement of digital campus construction,the digital teaching resources database of secondary vocational education has become an important means for vocational schools to realize informationization of vocational education.As one of the important projects for the construction and acceptance of national secondary vocational education reform and development model schools,a standardized,practical and digital teaching resources database with characteristics of secondary vocational education meets the needs of students for independent learning,improves teaching quality,and cultivates high-quality and highly-skilled personnel,Lifelong education ideas are of great significance.This study mainly adopts the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method.Through the literature research method to understand the current status of the construction of the digital teaching resources database at home and abroad,and to find the theoretical basis for the integrated design of the digital teaching resources database in secondary vocational education;using the questionnaire survey method and interview method to understand the actual needs and problems in the construction of the digital teaching resources database in secondary vocational education from different perspectives of the students,teachers and teaching managers;Finally,the "three-level and four-phase" integrated design of the digital teaching resources database in secondary vocational education is proposed,and the specific implementation of the CNC technology application specialty is taken as an example.This paper mainly consists of six parts.Firstly,the introduction introduces the background and significance of this topic selection,systematically sorts out the relevant literature at home and abroad,defines the related concepts,and clarifies the research ideas and methods;Secondly,the investigation and analysis of the construction status of the digital teaching resources database in secondary vocational education from the aspects of the characteristics of the secondary vocational teaching resources,students,and teachers;Thirdly,the integration design theory basis of the digital teaching resources database in secondary vocational education shows the relevant theory based on the design is mainly introduced;Fourthly,the "three-level and four-phase" integrated design of the digital teaching resources database in secondary vocational education.Based on the relevant theories and status investigation and analysis,the "three-level and four-phase" integrated design scheme is proposed(the digital teaching resources of secondary vocational education are divided into three levels: the material level,the course level and the professional level,and the phased design is based on the integration degree of digital teaching resources and teaching needs,which are mainly divided into four phases: basic phase,application phase,improvement phase and management phase),and the basics,ideas,principles,and various construction phases of the "three-level and four-phase" integrated design have been specifically explained;Fifthly,the integrated design case of the digital teaching resources database for the secondary vocational education,Taking the CNC technology application specialty as an example,which divided into basic phase,application phase,improvement phase and management phase;The last part is the conclusion and prospect,the author mainly summarizes the general conclusions of this study,and puts forwards research prospects according to the deficiencies.This study proposes a "three-level and four-phase" integrated design scheme for the digital teaching resources database in secondary vocational education based on relevant theories and the real investigation and analysis.The implementation of the case is based on the CNC technology application specialty as an example.Practice shows that the design is in line with the characteristics of vocational education,the phase of construction and implementation are clear and clear,and its operability is strong.It is a practical and feasible design plan for the digital teaching resources database in secondary vocational education and has a good reference value.However,this design scheme may have certain limitations for some majors and some curriculum resources.
