There are many problems dwell on rural education and the problems are going to be the bottleneck of China's educational development.Rural teacher troop's stability and their diathesis are the key points need to be pay attention to.Teacher's organizational commitment is an important index to measure their working stability.In this thesis,we use the method of surveys and interviews to investigate rural teachers' organizational commitment and some related condition.The structure of the article reads as followsIn the first part of the dissertation the purpose,significance and relative literature will be open out.This part also defines the core concept,theoretical basis,research ideas, hypotheses and research methods in the dissertationThe second part analyzes the interior structure based on the teachers' organizational commitment scale.The scale bears a preferable reliability and validation.By Factor Analysis,teachers' organizational commitment is divided into 6 parts which are Economic commitment,Affective Commitment,Normative Commitment,Ideality Commitment,Opportunity Commitment and Relation Commitment.The third part depicts the actuality of teachers' organizational commitment in Primary and secondary schools in rural area.As we study,we sets a teacher's organizational commitment scale as the measure tool.The result is that the troop's organizational commitment level is neither too low nor too high.It's on a comparatively high level.It also describes the social demographic characteristics of the different orgnization commitment groups.The forth part discuss the factors those influence the total organizational commitment lever of the troop from the aspect of individual,organizational,job satisfaction and teacher's personality characteristics.The fifth part discusses the influence factors about six factors of teachers' organizational commitment from personal level,organization lever,teachers' job satisfaction and social environmental factors.The sixth part of the dissertation reveals the results which organizational commitment brings about from the following aspect such as separation will,retain will,working performance,organizational citizen behavior,working behavior and so on.The results after analyzing reveal that the level of organizational commitment can give birth to some results.It influences teachers' separation/stay will,working performance,organizational citizen behavior,working behavior.The last part of the dissertation summarizes the aforementioned results;advances the countermeasure on how to improve rural teacher's organizational commitment and how to deal with the problems on teacher resource simultaneity.
