People with disabilities are a large social group in China. As a whole, disabled people are still a vulnerable group. There are still many obstacles in their education, employment, and daily life.Today, more and more scholars use the concept of social exclusion to explain the obstacles encountered by people with disabilities. They believe that the problems of people with disabilities are caused by social exclusion. Therefore, eliminating the social exclusion of people with disabilities has become the core issue. This article takes Guangzhou Blind Person's Association as an example to analyze in depth the strategies adopted by Guangzhou Blind Person's Association in eliminating the social exclusion of the visually impaired,in order to provide some references for the practice of anti-social exclusion. In the study,it was found that the cause of social exclusion of visually impaired groups is the process of mutual construction of social structure and action subjects. On the one hand, conceptual discrimination and institutional separation form a structural oppression of visually impaired groups, making it difficult for them to enjoy the right to participate in social life equally;on the other hand, under the oppression of a strong social environment, the visually impaired people's resistance to struggle appears to be very weak. They often suppress their self-expression and over time recognize and internalize the stigmatized social identity, thereby regenerating the unjust social structure. In short, both are in a state of dynamic development in which structures affect actions and actions influence structures. This paper uses qualitative method to focus on the relationship between structural and visually impaired individuals in social exclusion, focusing on the analysis of the causes of social exclusion of the visually impaired and the study of blind associative action strategies to eliminate social exclusion of the visually impaired.Through the research,it has been found that,on the one hand,Guangzhou Blind Person's Association promotes the self-awakening of the visually-impaired group by enhancing awareness of self-worth and enhancing the sense of power;on the other hand,it reshapes the social structure by deconstructing the concept of discrimination and promoting the innovation of institutional policy. As a result, the improvement of the initiative of the visually-impaired group is conducive to changing or regenerating the new social structure. The improvement of the social structure provides the visually-impaired groups with a social environment conducive to participation and equal sharing.Such a social environment makes the visually impaired groups can participate in social construction actively and meaningfully,so as to regenerate a good social structure. This shows that this is a process in which the social structure and the visually impaired individuals are continuously benignly interacting. At the end of the article,it is proposed that the elimination of social exclusion for the visually impaired needs multiple cooperation.Guangzhou Blind Person's Association and the social work organization can complement each other and work together to solve the problem of social exclusion among the visually impaired groups.
