Nowadays, more and more attention is paid to the fact that some senior high school students have difficulty in their mathematics study, especially girl students.It has been proved that great differences exist between boy students and girl students in many aspects, such as interest in mathematics study, achievement motivation, attribution of success and failure, studying of ways of thinking and so on, by comparing and studying of the psychology of these two types of students. After a series of surveys, case studies and experiments, the main reasons for the difference have been found, such as cognition factors, non-intelligence factors, education factors and society factors; at the same time, concrete methods have been found to help the girl students to improve their mathematics study by building up both students' and teachers' correct points of view on the difference of sex, psychologically tutoring girl students in their motivation of mathematics study, paying more attention to improving their EQ and IQ, improving their strategies on mathematics study, and developing their space imagination as well. Besides, teaching practice has demonstrated that improving their learning psychology is vital to girl students in improving their final results in mathematics.
