Objective:Taking the D-galactose-induced aging mice as the experimental animal, we have observed the D-galactose-induced aging mice's changes of skeletal muscle mitochondria complexâ… 's activity; Probed into the function of mitochondria in aging, through swimming as control factors, on the purpose of providing the theory of scientific body building,postponing the aging step,improving the activity ability and life quality of the old people.Methods:Thirty-two 8-month-old healthy male Kunming mice were randomly divided into: normal saline injection group (CS n=5) and D-galactose injection group (n=27). D-galactose injection group were randomly divided into 4 groups: aging no-training group (CD n=4), no-loaded training group (WN n=8), loaded-training group (WS n=7), no-loaded and loaded alternation training group (WR n=8). The bearing-load way was the tail of the mice loaded with 5% body mass of its body. After 6 weeks training, mice were killed to sample from the left rectus femoris and obtained the activity of complexâ… ,complexâ…¢and complexâ…£by spectrophotography and polarography. We handled all original data by the SPSS13.0 software package with statistics analysis, adopting variance analysis to compare the average within groups, by accepting that P <0.05 is obvious level.Results:1.Aging contrast group's activity of rectus femoris mitochondria complexâ… ,complexâ…£decrease compared with CS group(P<0.05). Complexâ…¢'s activity decrease compared with all groups but no obvious difference(P>0.05).2.Compared with contrast group, Unit rectus mitochondria complexâ… 's activity increase in three forms of training, among them, swimming-load group and overnight-load group increase obviously(P<0.05).3.Compared with contrast group, Unit rectus mitochondria complexâ…¢'s activity increase in three forms of training, among them, swimming-load group increase obviously(P<0.05).4.Compared with contrast group, Unit rectus mitochondria complexâ…£'s activity increase in three forms of training, among them, swimming-load group and overnight-group increase obviously(P<0.05).5.Among three forms of swimming-training group ,three are no obvious difference in the activity of Unit rectus mitochondria complexâ… ,complexâ…¢and complexâ…£.Conclusions:1.D-gal induced ageing mice model was one of the best models on anti-aging researches, rectus femoris mitochondria complexâ… ,complexâ…£decrease in aging.2.The fact that overnight training increase the activity of Unit rectus mitochondria complexâ… and complexâ…£,suggests that overnight training improve the activity of Unit rectus mitochondria complex effectively.3.The facts that no -load training can not increase the activity of Unit rectus mitochondria complexâ… ,complexâ…¢and complexâ…£obviously, and overnight training can not increase the activity of Unit rectus mitochondria complexâ…¢,suggest that too low load training can not lead to the obvious improvement of aging mice mitochondria complex training and it also can not improve function of mitochondria complex.
