Research On The Weakening Of Social Function Of High School Management And Its Countermeasure

Nowadays, most high school students are singletons, considering themselves at the center. they are selfish, don't respect others, ignore the life. There is no responsibility and thanksgiving in their heart, the legal idea is weak. The student's behavior problem in the school is increasingly serious, and nonage's crime rate also is rising year by year. By a mass of investigating we find the reason is that the socialized function of high school students' management is too weaken. The paper try to analysis high school students' management by concerning socialized management, point out the problem that the function of socialized management is weakened, find the reason of the problem, and search the solution. According to the purpose of this thesis, this paper consist of five parts: Chapter 1 introdution the background of high school students' management research and the present state of the problem, analysis the important significance of our research, illustrate our main methods and the core work. Chapter 2 discuss the characteristic of high school students, analysis the current state of high school students' management mechanism both static and dynamic. Chapter 3 discuss the problem that socialized management to high school students is weakened, the paper point out the reason and the serious phenomenon by analyzing plentiful data. Chapter 4 introduced the western countries' socialized management methods for high students, compare it to ours, we get a lot of useful idea. So we can make great progress for our socialized management mechanism. Chapter 5 give the answer of the problem, we suggest that rebuild the management pattern for high school students, it's effective and necessary for solving current problem.
