With the rapid development of China’s economy,the process of aging is also accelerating,and the size of the retired population is gradually expanding.Both the government and the society are paying attention to the pension of the retired elderly,and the socialized management of retirees is becoming more and more important in such an environment.The main reason why the socialized management of retirees is widely concerned by the society is that the socialized management of retirees enables them to enjoy a better life in their later years and plays an important role in the aspects of clothing,food,housing,medical treatment and social security.As an important group of retirees in state-owned enterprises,their socialized management is of great significance to the development of the city and the stability of the society.Shenyang in promoting the state-owned enterprise retiree socialization management work has made some achievements,but in the management of state-owned enterprise retiree socialization is handed over to the link still exist many problems,these problems to a large extent influence the state-owned enterprise retiree enjoy social management level of service and quality.Through the analysis of this paper,shenyang in the state-owned enterprise retiree socialization management transfer docking work still exist in the labor and social security department and the street community work personnel business level is low,the state-owned enterprise retiree information related to lack of serious,transfer of state-owned enterprise retiree content not clear and working system of the state-owned enterprise retiree hand over such problems as incomplete process construction,Through analysis,the main reasons for these problems are caused by the shortage of "human and property",the imperfect information management system,the complicated handover contenThrough the analysis of the problems and causes of the transfer and docking of the socialized management of retirees in State-owned enterprises in Shenyang,In shenyang,this paper puts forward the ascension of state-owned enterprise retiree handover work ability,improve the information management of shenyang state-owned enterprise retiree,clear transfer of state-owned enterprise retiree socialization management work content and improve the system of state-owned enterprise retiree hand over work in shenyang city construction and so on four countermeasures and Suggestions,Hope that through the implementation of the above measures for Shenyang state-owned enterprises retirees socialized management transfer docking work smoothly to make suggestions.
