Students'network literacy education is one important topic of modern education. At present, Students'network literacy education has not yet comprehensively launched, my research on this topic, therefore, has important theoretical and practical significance.Theoretically speaking, this paper will help explore the regularity of the students'network literacy education in this socialized network era, add more material to the research on students'network literacy education, and enrich the theoretical study on media literacy education from the high school students'aspect. Practically speaking, according to high school students'various network literacy defect, this paper raises some corresponding countermeasures which can be applied in information technology course for high school students.After expounding the history and status of the research on "network literary", and on the basis of analyzing and generalizing the numerous research results, this paper discussed the "network literary" in three different part:network knowledge, network application ability, network psychology and behavior,and clarified the connotation of these three parts, which is an innovative of this essay.With the clear definition of the network literary and its related concept, the paper carry out an investigation on present situation of Fudan senior high school students'network literary. The results are ss follows; as for the students'network knowledge levels, they especially lack practical ability; as for the Network application ability, they are short of information searching and identifying capability; as for network psychology and behavior, there exist some deviation, and it needs adjusting.Therefore, with various teaching aids, the research applies the Project Activity teaching method, combining with Group Cooperative Learning form to maximize students'network knowledge level and technical ability, strengthen students'network application ability, guide the students'network psychology and behavior.In view of the present situation, such as emphasize knowledge inattention literacy in information technology teaching, teaching content is disjointed with the socialized network era, mismatched with students'practical situation, the paper offer achievable teaching advice. It can be referenced by other teachers. The paper has value to guide students making good use Internet and training healthy using habit.The paper also puts forward some suggestions for the further research of network literary.
