A Study On The Location Of The Local General Institutions Of Higher Education

Based on plentiful documents and references data, the research combining with interview , has made a few thinking on the reeducation by which the college students coming back, after graduation ,to the technical school from the angle of the location of local general institutions of higher education.By interviewing some college students who go to the technical school after graduation and combining with the reports and studies being related to, during the course of discovery of the phenomenon, the researcher found that it had bigger correlativity with the research hot spot ,location of colleges and universities. Under the studying basic frame of location of colleges and universities and the guide of the law, the inner outside relation education, to explored why there are mistaking locational tendencies of the local general institutions of higher education, we started with inner , external two angles of local general institutions of higher education. At last we fond the cause contained highly all together higher education macro-control system, unitary colleges and universities appraises system, the allocation main body consciousness of the local general institutions of higher education ' is light, inside operating mechanism does not improve and perfect.The research probed further the strategy to make the local general institutions of higher education to be located scientifically. One aspect, perfecting policy designs to provide the fine outside environment for the scientific location of the local general institution of higher education .Another aspect, pushing forward running a school autonomously to form internal mechanism of the scientific location of local general institutions of higher education.
