In china, about 21.6% to 32% of the total primary and secondary school students suffer from different psychological problems, and the number is still increasing, according to the statistics of some psychologists. Especially at many vocational school students, influenced by personal experience, family and social environment, are troubled by some more serious mental problems. From the academic permeation point of view, my essay focus on how to make full use of the abundant humane knowledge in Chinese texts to educate students, so as to promote them to develop their healthy character and build sound basis for future career.The essay consists of three parts.Introduction——in this part, I list some views and theories home or abroad on mental health education and on how to carry out mental health education through academic permeation, my own views on the defects of the existing academic permeation methods. Then I put forward my subject on how to construct systematically mental health education system by making full use of the resources in Chinese texts.Body——it is composed of six parts: the feasibility of mental health education permeated through Chinese tests; the relationship between Chinese teacher and mental health education; the methods of exploiting the mental health* education resources in Chinese tests; the contents of mental health education significance in Chinese text-books; the strategies and methods of taking advantage of Chinese texts for permeating mental health education.Conclusion——in this part, the importance and defects that teachers carry on mental health education by using the Chinese text are summed up.
