| In recent years,with the deepening of education reform,vocational education has been developing rapidly.However,the mental health status of students in secondary vocational schools is not optimistic.How to cultivate outstanding professionals with good physical and mental health and how to strengthen the mental health education of vocational school students are urgent issues to be solved in current secondary vocational school education.Although the characteristics of art education and mental health education are different,the author believes that they have common ground.And the implementation of the integration and penetration of the two plays a guiding role in the cultivation of mental health and healthy personality of secondary vocational students.The main body of this paper is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter mainly elaborates the reason of the topic selection,research status,research significance,research content and method as well as the innovation of this paper.The second chapter summarizes the background and concept of art education,secondary vocational art education and art psychotherapy.The third chapter mainly concludes the feasibility of integrating art psychotherapy into art curriculums of secondary vocational schools upon the core quality of art discipline;"secondary vocational school art curriculum standards(2020 edition)";the theoretical basis of art education activities to promote mental health,the introduction of mental health of secondary vocational students and other effective theoretical basis.The fourth chapter is developed based on the symptom self-rating scale(SCL-90)of the first grade students and a survey of art class in Xi’an Comprehensive Vocational Secondary School,revealing the necessity of art psychotherapy.The fifth chapter is the focus of this research.Based on the theoretical knowledge of psychology and many years of art teaching experience,the author formulates a series of teaching practices of integrating art psychotherapy into art classrooms in secondary vocational schools,and presents the implementation process.By comparing the results of SCL-90,it is verified that art education can promote the mental health of secondary vocational students.In chapter six,the author puts forward some countermeasures to promote the mental health of secondary vocational students through art education.The seventh chapter is the conclusion,which summarizes the achievements and limitations of this paper and the prospect of the future art education in secondary vocational schools. |
