This paper focuses on the topics of the teacher education in Qingyang in comparison with home and abroad, presenting up to date information on the teacher education and giving an overview of the present teacher education in Qingyang in the rural secondary schools. The purpose of this study is to discuss the existing drawbacks in the teacher education in Qingyang and furthermore to find out its restrictive factors and the advantageous strategies home and abroad in order to make the best of them.As a professional teacher, its professionalism shows unique knowledge systems, particular skills, special morality criterions and strong personality requirements and so on. With the development of society and basic curriculum reform, teachers' professionalism has become a hot topic currently and teachers are required to have a clear educational and cultural comprehension, a sense of responsibility, a kind of coaching skill and specialized development. To suit these demands, it is necessary to adjust the curriculums of teachers' education and teaching techniques, following the combination of the ability and knowledge, theory and practice, required and selected subjects, teaching and learning, inside and outside the class to develop the new education systems.Over the ten years, our country has developed "normal education" into "teacher education". Fortunately, this year saw the provision "complete, free education for teachers training college students". It is no doubt that teachers' position and functioning could be strengthened, and thus teachers' problems will have been paid much attention, then the teachers will obtain inherent mechanism of teachers' professionalism. As far as the present situations are concerned, there are some problems in teacher educations in such the West as Qingyang City. It should open up opportunities for young teachers to build confidence, self-awareness, good communication skills and manaagement ability to make a great difference to their future for the good of society. Take British teacher education for example, I think there's much in its method about James' Report that we can make use of because there is a strong correlation between the teachers' professionalism model and the acceptability to the reform of the teacher education in Qingyang. Schools may also use the mechanism and make the most of teachers' diverse backgrounds and expertise to implement efficiency-based teachers' development. The transformation from teacher training to teacher education reflects such new ideas of teachers as multiple opening, integrative education, professional promotion and educational features. The research into the idea of teacher education and its development tendency is the essential premise to transform the way of teacher training and construct the new scheme of teacher training. The paper inquires into several transformations of the models of the teacher's education abroad, such as the transition of the teacher's education and training to the school -based space model; the transition from the teacher's education based on the behavioural science to on based on the congnition science and quality research, constructivism and reflective research; the transition of the teachers from as a technician to as an expert, teaching transition from the disciplinary model to developmental model.
