Research On The Survival State Of Young Teachers In University

The importance of the Education for a country is self-evident,the country's development hope in education,while the key to education in the teacher.In recent years,young teachers have gradually become the backbone of the development of education in colleges and universities,so how can the survival state directly affect the quality of education and teaching in colleges and universities.On the basis of investigation of 230 young teachers of H University,the author finds that the young teachers of the university not only have to bear a lot of teaching and research tasks,but also face the pressure of marriage,housing,children's education,support the elderly and so on.optimism.Therefore,it is very important to improve the survival status of young college teachers and relieve the survival pressure of young teachers in universities and improve their occupational well-being and life satisfaction.This research is divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction,focusing on the topic of choice,the meaning of the topic,the core concept of definition,literature review,research methods and the difficulties and innovation of the research.The second part mainly investigates and analyzes the living conditions of young teachers in H universities.This part mainly investigates the young teachers of H universities through the form of questionnaires,including the questionnaire survey design,the analysis of the characteristics of young teachers in H universities and the analysis of the results of the survey of young teachers 'survival status in the school,among which the status of young teachers' The analysis of the survey results is mainly divided into two parts,one is the university young teachers living pressure survey results analysis.Which is divided into three dimensions to carry out research,respectively,work pressure,career development pressure,life pressure;Second,the survival of their satisfaction survey results,divided into three dimensions to carry out research,these three dimensions were professional status satisfaction Degree,career development satisfaction,life satisfaction.Through the above analysis,the school young teachers face a greater survival pressure,survival satisfaction is not high,on the whole,the living state is not optimistic.The third part mainly analyzes the reasons that affect the survival status of young teachers in universities.First of all,the social factors that affect the survival status of young college teachers are mainly the influence of social traditional values,the profitability of the market economy system,the short-term and the competition,and the orientation and control of the educational administration system.Secondly,the school is mainly composed of the task of heavy university teaching,the pressure of scientific research,the merits of the workplace evaluation,the performance of the post performance pay system and the lack of systematic training mechanism.Finally,the young teachers of the university mainly manifest themselves in their values and Capacity issues in two ways.The fourth part is about the strategies to improve the survival status of young university teachers.First,at the social level,society should create a social atmosphere of respect for teachers and teachers,the government should formulate the relevant tilt policy;Secondly,at the school level,schools should return to the concept of classical universities,the implementation of people-oriented management mechanism,establish a sound job performance System,improve the young teacher training mechanism.Finally,in the young teachers themselves,young teachers should establish the values of lifelong learning,establish good interpersonal relationships,do personal career planning,reasonable adjustment of emotions.
