Social Networks, Human Capital And Reflowing Of Vocation Of Peasant-Workers

Based on the relevant theories of sociology and economics, this study, which collects materials through questionnaire surveys and in-dept interviews, aims to examine the relationship between social networks and reflowing of vocation of the peasant workers as well as the relationship between human capital and reflowing of vocation of the peasant workers. This article describes the reflowing of vocation of the peasant workers and analyzes the factors of social networks and human capital infecting the reflowing of vocation of the peasant-workers by multianalysis.The study shows, the social networks of the peasant-workers, which is related the direction of the reflowing of vocation of the peasant-workers, and is only related one factor of it-- the relationship between the second aids and the peasant-workers, not related the frequency of the reflowing of vocation. The stronger the relationship between the second aids and the peasant-workers is, the upper the direction of the reflowing of vocation of the peasant-workers.The social networks of the peasant-workers, which is related the frequency of the reflowing of vocation of the peasant-workers, and is only related one factor of it-- the period of time of the peasant-workers in city, not related the direction of the reflowing of vocation. The longer the time of the peasant-workers in city is, the more the frequency of the reflowing of vocation.Through the analysis and discussion above, the author tries to probe into the reason why the reflowing of vocation of the peasant-workers is instable and lowly and the problem of accumulation of social capital and human capital of the peasant-workers.
