A instructional institution is that teaching subjects create the rules of teaching behavior by long-term teaching activities, which leads teaching subjects to cultivating some kind of teaching manner. Xueji is the first work about education in our country, holding many of teaching thoughts in which the thoughts about instructional institution is one of important parts. For the sake of rules and regulations, we hope to seek after the precious materials in the thoughts about instructional institution in Xueji. Acorrding to the reforming of education we hope to study more about our ancient instructional institution, pay more attention to the research of instructional institution. Also, we hope to give more precious suggestions to the reforming of modern instructional institution in our country.The whole thesis consists of five parts.Part one is the introduction. It generally introduces the reason of this thesis, as well as the research history on the thoughts about instructional institution in Xueji, illustrates the framework, method and significance.Part two is the analysis of instructional institution. The instructional institution as a series of rules of teaching behavior, which interrelates with educational institution, teaching organization and teaching administration, is not a external compelling institution, but a kind of endogenous support from teaching activities with the traits of value, commonality, stability, compulsion and endogenesis etc. On the basis of internal formation and implementary way, the instructional institution consists of formal instructional institution and non-formal instructional institution. Acorrding to shaping process and forming approach, the instructional institution consists of internal instructional institution and external instructional institution. On the view of the history, the instructional institution has three different historical types such as the instructional institution in itself, the coercive instructional institution and the independent instructional institution. From the level of abstraction, the instructional institution includes prime instructional institution, elementary instructional institution and essential instructional institution. The essential instructional institution has the rules of teaching subjects' behavior, the rules of school's teaching activities and the rules of the administration out of the teaching.Part three is the main point of the thoughts about instructional institution in Xueji. The prime instructional institution in Xueji is mainly in the teaching goal of reining the country and civilizing the people. The elementary instructional institution in Xueji has individual instructional institution plus cooperative instructional institution and double-entry instructional institution. The essential instructional institution in Xueji is the core of the thesis. The rules of teaching subjects' behavior are that the rules of teachers are the competent teaching and the happy teaching, the rules of students are the happy learning and the willing learning, the rule of the relationship of teacher and student is harmonious, the rule of the relationship among students is being friends on the basis of the need of learning. The rules of school's teaching activities mainly include the rules of teaching organization, curriculum setting and the institution of teaching administration. In addition, the rules of the administration out of the teaching mainly include the institution of teaching evaluation and the institution of teaching inspection. In a word, the thoughts about instructional institution in Xueji are public, systemic, stable, compulsive, and humanistic etc.Part four is the modern enlightenment of the thoughts about instructional institution in Xueji. Based on the reforming of modern instructional institution, the thoughts about instructional institution in Xueji can advance the modern training institution on teachers, the institution of teaching administration, the institution of teaching evaluation, the setting of curriculum criterion etc. For the reconstructing of school culture, the thoughts about instructional institution in Xueji can improve the independence of teachers' culture by surveying the rules and regulations of teachers' behaviors, regress the value of students' culture by being friends on the basis of the need of learning, find the forgotten humanism by paying more attention to the humanistic of curriculum design. At last, as to the reformation of class, the thoughts about instructional institution in Xueji can activate the models of teaching organizations by scanning them. The harmonious relationship between teacher and student is in favor of building the harmonious class which leads teacher and student to bring up together.Part five is an epilogue, which summarizes the achievement and the deficiency of the thesis, at the same time, points out the direction of the study in the future.
