As an important part of the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation,Zhu Xi's moral education thought not only dominated the mainstream ideology in the later period of the feudal society in ancient China,but also had the value and significance beyond time and space.On the basis of systematically combing the theoretical system of Zhu Xi's moral education thought,and deeply studying the modern enlightenment and realization path of Zhu Xi's moral education thought,it has certain reference significance for promoting the construction of college moral education system and the development of socialist moral culture in the new era.Guided by Marxism,this paper analyzes and studies Zhu Xi's moral education thoughts from four parts: forming conditions,basic components,historical evaluation and modern enlightenment.First of all,from the perspective of forming conditions,the complex environment and profound theoretical origin are the objective basis for the formation of Zhu Xi's moral education thought.Secondly,the theoretical system of Zhu Xi's moral education thought consists of four aspects: moral education goal,moral education principle,moral education content and moral education method.According to the students' physical and mental development,Zhu Xi divided the goal of moral education into two levels,namely the basic goal of "Ming ethics" and the ultimate goal of "Being a sage".On this basis,he analyzed the moral education principles of simultaneous development of morality and wisdom,gradual progress and combination of knowledge and practice.Afterwards,the author mainly discusses the content of Zhu Xi's moral education,which is divided into three aspects: inspirational self-cultivation education,harmonious family education and behavior education,and summarizes the moral education methods of individualized teaching,example demonstration,environmental edification and moral evaluation.Thirdly,we need dialectical view of the historical value of Zhu Xi's moral education thought.As a product of a certain period of history,Zhu Xi's moral education thought has not only the historical contribution of cultivating a large number of talents with both integrity and ability,improving the traditional teaching materials and documents of moral education,and enriching the spiritual core of Confucian ethics and morality,but also the limitations of the narrow content of moral education,adhering to the hierarchical concept and order,and overemphasizing the role of moral education.Finally,realize the transformation of creative and innovative development of the traditional moral education thought,must be based on the actual situation of the new era of development.From the four dimensions of moral education objectives,the principle of moral education,moral education content and methods to strengthen the moral education in modern colleges and universities,which was the key research in this paper.
