The Case Studying Of Operation Model In J.E.HARRISON ORG.

According to Western Economics, the social economic structure should be divided to three parts: government, profit enterprise organization and non-profit organization (NPO). These is the ternary structure in modern society. Government does macro control and constitutes grave guidelines. Enterprise is engaged in economy activities as production, transportation and trade and so on for profit NPO does activities for public at the basis of voluntariness.The concept, the development and the reasons for its fast development of NPO are introduced in this thesis. Fatherly, the main existing problem in society welfare is indicated: lots of charitable donations are abused by some bureaucracy while large numbers of excellent NPOs are in difficulties for lack of donations and supports.J.E.HARRISON Co, LTD wish to solve the question about how to utilize the charitable donations efficiently using the operation strategies of venture capital companies in commercial society. Firstly, find out the potential NPOs world widely; secondly, make these charities transform to NPOs by providing professional supports all-around; thirdly, improve the accumulated operation mode and core process during the operation career of these NPOs; finally, duplicate the mode and process to other NPOs in same fields in the world to achieve social reform in large scale.According to the theory of operations management, and with current strategy goals and daily working-flow of J.E.HARRISON Co, LTD, the operation mode of J.E.HARRISON Co, LTD is gradually analyzed and at last verified through one case in this thesis.At the end of this thesis, the prospect of the future is proposed: there also exist capital market and evaluation system for NPOs in social welfare field just as in commercial field. Individuals and institutions can conveniently input capitals or resources to those NPOs which are most efficiently utilizing these resources, as the investors in commercial institutions. Only by this way the difficult problem about effective allotting and utilizing the resources in social welfare field can be settled finally.The management means and ideas in the thesis are partly from commercial society. So the work in the thesis is a beneficial exploration and attempt about how to apply the theories and methods of commercial society to NPOs.
