Research On The Service Productization Of Social Organization Incubator And Its Effect

In recent years,with the increasing demand for social services in various parts of China,social organizations accept "orders" are also increasing,related business even from "one place" to "many places",social organizations will often use the project system to hatch and operate,but this model in the development process will often encounter lack of professionalism,limited influence,difficult to obtain resources,lack of standard price system and other issues.In this context,many social organizations(institutions)have tried the transformation and practice of the direction of service productization.This paper takes the life cycle theory as the guide and the social organization incubator represented by N institution as a case case,and studies the transformation practice of this service product.On the basis of clarifying the concept of service productization,this paper makes a distinction between the productization of social organization incubator service and the traditional service projectization,and also discusses the logical mechanism and specific path of social organization incubator towards service productization,and holds that the service productization refers to the service provided by the unified service standard,measurable service quality and systematic pricing mechanism to reflect,and to form a standardized,standardized and more controlled service product with specific attributes.The service productization of social organization incubator is more of a way of thinking,urging the operators of social organization incubators to pay attention to the real needs of the service objects,and to turn the service of social organization incubators into "visual","operational" and "referenceable" product specifications,regardless of the hands of any customer,can be seen at a glance to understand the service content,methods and values.According to the results of literature research and in-depth interviews,this paper analyzes the N-institution social organization incubator as a case-by-case basis,refines its product-based service system into three modules of operation management system,guarantee service system and technical support system,summarizes the effect of service productization on social organization incubator: First,service productization is conducive to the standardization of social organization incubators;It is believed that social organization incubators still face problems and challenges such as the difficulty of controlling service freedom,restricting the resources of organization incubation resources and the shortage of senior social workers.Finally,the relevant conclusions and revelations are summarized,social organization incubatorshould should have product ideas,adhere to the product route,adhering to the public welfare attributes,develop product resources,cultivate the core team,attract social workers.At present,the academic research on the productization of social organization incubator service is still in the preliminary stage of discussion,this paper uses limited case series to analyze and draw relevant conclusions,social organization to service productization for incubation effect and its limits also need a large number of follow-up research to further expand and deepen.
