Non-profit Organization Of Business Risk Control Study

Currently, commercial operation of non-profit organizations has become increasing important to China scholars, but most of them researched it in the macro context, such as social changes, government reforms, and so on. The research on micro-level implementation of commercial operation of the non-profit organizations is still very lacking, and these conclusions are not good practical solution to the problem. As China's non-profit organizations' commercial operation has just started, there is no standard model and experience which could be learned from, and it is bound to encounter many dangers and difficulties in the course, and it is beneficial to the success of operation if we can take good control of these risks and difficulties.This paper engage in the risks and control countermeasures of commercial operation of chinese non-profit organizations for key research from the micro-level implementation, take target marketing and risk management theory as the theory basis, refer to a large number of documents at home and abroad, summarizes the latest achievements in related fields, by case study, combine with the survey of yunnan green development association and yunnan A worker nursing homes, refining valuable information, explore the approach, risks and control method of non-profit organization 's operation, finally these research conclusion used in operation of yunnan green development association and yunnan A worker nursing homes.The paper summarizes five ways of non-profit organization's operation:The core project commercialization,sales related products and services,establish commercial affiliated company,establish the alliance with the enterprise,the fund investment. And these mode of operation could bring about profit-seeking risk,responsibility risk,the risk from business association marketing,cultural risk,political risk and image risk Aiming at these risks, this paper discussed out the corresponding control countermeasures.
