Chinese Teaching Reference for Middle School Teachers(CTRMS)is broadly used and is great important in middle school Chinese teaching.With the advance of the teaching reform,the problem of Chinese teaching emerges gradually and cause the widely discussion of Chinese teaching in the end of last century.The problem of CTRMS is raised and is one of the focuses.To see things objectively,CTRMS helps the teaching of ancient poetry in middle school very much.But it becomes the tool of the exam-oriented education step by step.CTRMS leads poetry appreciation which should be full of creative to a dead alley of mechanical analysis,arid thus makes poetry appreciation of Chinese teaching in middle school dull.In this situation,it is urgent to do research on how the CTRMS affects Chinese poetry appreciation teaching in middle school.We think analyzing how CTRMS misleads Chinese poetry appreciation teaching in middle school is the base for leading the poetry teaching in the phase of basic education out of the wrong region.This paper will try to analyze its standard of appreciation,its technique,its way of appreciation and the reason why it mislead us for pursuing a better way of appreciation.
