In recent years, the problem of " school choice " is focal point problem and hot issue in junior high and primary schooling field. The reason why it is called a hot problem, is that school choice of junior high and primary school contradicts with established exemption from an examination and close entrance policy put into effect in our country and goes against the compulsory education spirit of country regulation and understanding and cognition by society. Since appearing, it has aroused extensive concern of educational world and every level of society. Around this problem, society and academic circles have launched a heated dispute.Despite of the government and education authority adopted a train of measures, wind of choosing school brows in intensity, still, is to continue to increase but not reduce, remains that repeated orders ban and is of great tendency that continue spreading. The phenomenon of choice school develops more and more fiercely, why can we not change "blocking up" to "dredging", even"urging"? Can whether we find the combinational point of school choice and educational equity? How can we further perfect corresponding school choice to serve educational equity of higher level and broader scope that realize in our country? Whether can the system of school choice become one of choices to realize educational equity in the future? The full text is divided into four parts mainly:Part I, analysis of historical settings and current situation to phenomenon of school choice. We have an analysis to background of society and education that it produces and make the inquisition by questionnaire to present conditions about school choice in order to further penetrate cognition to it.Part II, rational knowledge about the relation between and educational equity includes investigation and discussion to fundamental connotation and essence of school choice problem and announces the essential features of school choice; further comprehending to the concept of educational equity by keeping a foothold in system idea.Part III, discussion about whether the system of school choice can become one of choices to realize educational equity in the future. Proceeding demonstration is from four aspects, such as the certainty that phenomenon of school choice exists, the possibility that the system of school choice put into practice exists, necessary premise and policies and suggestions.Part IV, a conclusions can be drawn. Under certain precondition, the system of school choice will be a handful strategy to few developed cities drawn lessons from, but in concrete practice, we must give cautious treatment by union between local economic growth degree and now available school educational system. Realizing strategies of educational equity need to still insist to "equal inclination " compensation as principle measure in our country present stage.
