It is very difficult for undergraduates to take up an occupation, and it is aproblem to everyone. If we want to solve this difficulty, the essential is to putour hands on the conception of undergraduates, and open out the correlationresearch on occupational choice. In Inner Mongolia, the Mongolian minorityundergraduates as the rooftree in this area, whose view of occupational choicealso have great meaning to discuss. They had the background of bilingualeducation which caused more pressure but more opportunity and challenge tothem. On the one hand, they should keep on minority's traditional culture. Onthe other hand, they should contact with mainstream society, get along wellwith each other speedily, and set up the multicultural idea. This article put theview on education for minorities; the object is Mongolian minorityundergraduates, through opening out the view of occupational choice andobtain employment, reflecting the ubiquitous tropism of occupational choiceand its characteristics, we can discover the reason behind the phenomenon,we can also establish some normative idea of education and logicaleducational content, this has directional significance to occupational choicefor Mongolian minority undergraduates, it can also give reference for otherminority researcher and education investigator.Five following parts form the article mainly:The first section introduces the reasons for selecting this topic, thecurrent relative research result on this topic, and the important sense of theresearch and methods of this thesis, some theories using for reference.The second section confirms the conception which is the view ofoccupational choice for undergraduates, expatiate this times trait and five inscapes, and analyze six sides for undergraduates obtaining employmentstatus.The third section mainly carry on a questionnaire research to minorityundergraduates who said Mongolian, analyses the view of occupationalchoice for Mongolian minority undergraduates, the result of this research hasbig authenticity and dependability. In addition, combining the results ofquestionnaire and the talk with Mongolian minority undergraduates,Mongolian minority graduates, the teachers for occupational guidance and theemployers, it has four revelations for us.The fourth section makes the all- directions analysis to the presentreasons. First of all, Mongolian minority undergraduates have the backgroundof bilingual education, they want to continue their bilingual advantage, stay inthis area, but some people have self-contemptuous mentality because of theirinexpert Chinese. Secondly, Mongolian minority undergraduates have goodcharacters, such as liveliness, opening passions, braveness, and so on. Theview of their occupational choices have more optimistic factor. Third,different levels of domestic economy can affect their different tropism. In theend, occupational guidance in universities or colleges is not systematization.The fifth section put forward the educational ideal and the measures forMongolian minority undergraduates' the view of occupational choice. Itmainly has eight content: firstly, the whole employment situation in ourcountry and the demand of our area are the direction of the view ofoccupational choice for Mongolian minority undergraduates, it is veryimportant to strengthen Chinese and foreign language at the same time.Secondly, Mongolian minority undergraduates have their own characteristic;it is the base to develop the educational view of occupational choice. Thirdly,our low and policies can ensure us go on the educational view of occupational choice. Fourthly, we should weaken gender-discrimination pressure, butgiving more attention to their advantages. Fifthly, it is necessary to strengthenoccupational moral education and the honesty consciousness. Sixthly, payequal attention to advocating the creating occupation spirit and holding sobercognition. Seventhly, put up education for the view of occupational choice asearly as we can, put up guidance of career plan. Lastly, consummating theinformation systems of employment service, and boosting occupationalinformation more free.
